Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges, within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.  All taxidermy items shipped frozen must be returned via USPS Express mail services for a full refund. All others may be returned via USPS Priority mail services.  Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Special order tanning of raw pelts may be returned within 2 days of the receipt of your merchandise, on special orders you will be refunded the price of the pelt only, the processing and tanning fee of $35.00 USD or $25.00 and your shipping and handling charges (including insurance) are non- refundable.  Purchaser is responsible for return postage.

YOU MUST send an e-mail to returns@northernmystcreations.com prior to returning your item for complete instructions on how to return your item. No item sent without first contacting Northern Myst Creations will be accepted for return.
